1. Order Processing Times
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
- Standard processing: 1–3 business days.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- Preorder or custom items will have processing times listed on the product page.
- Digital products (ebooks, guides, courses) are delivered instantly via email or account access.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. The following are estimates only:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
- EU Countries: 5–15 business days
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
- Asia: 7–20 business days
- Middle East & Africa: 10–25 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days
These are estimates; actual delivery can vary due to carrier performance, customs, or local postal conditions.
3. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we will email you tracking details (if available). Carriers may take 24–72 hours to update tracking. If no tracking is provided, we will still confirm shipment and assist with delivery questions.
4. Free Shipping
When we offer free shipping, it generally applies to standard delivery methods only. Expedited or priority shipping is available during checkout for an additional fee. Free shipping promotions may exclude certain regions—details will appear on the product page or promotional material.
5. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We ship worldwide. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be applied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs procedures can cause unexpected delays; we are not responsible for customs clearance delays or charges.
6. Incorrect Address, Returns to Sender & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for shipments delayed or returned due to an incorrect address.
- If a package is returned to us (unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable), we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@oio-nyd.com. We will attempt to help if the order has not yet shipped.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” OIO | NYD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Confirm the shipping address and tracking details.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number.
- If you still need help, email support@oio-nyd.com and we will do our best to assist.
8. Shipping Restrictions & Regional Limitations
Certain products (for example, some oils, powders, or natural products) may not be shippable to specific countries due to local regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and refund that portion of your order.
9. Preorders, Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Preorder and made-to-order items have separate processing windows listed on their product pages. If you order preorder and in-stock items together, they may ship separately.
10. Digital Products
Digital products require no shipping. Delivery is instant via email or account access. If you have trouble accessing digital content, contact support@oio-nyd.com.
