Overview
We want you to feel confident shopping with OIO | TMRS. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for digital products, physical goods, and print-on-demand items.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)
- All digital product sales are final.
- No refunds are provided once a file or course access has been delivered.
- If you have technical issues, we will resend files or restore access as needed.
2. Physical Products (Supplements, Oils, Apparel, Tools)
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable: opened consumables, custom jewelry, sale items, gift cards.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
- Please contact us before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Print-On-Demand Items (Fulfilled by Partners)
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to replace the item.
- Because POD items are custom-made, change-of-mind returns are normally not accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Email support@oio-nyd.com within 48 hours.
- Include photos and your order number.
- We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product (when eligible) and place a new order. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover shipping.
6. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective.
7. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
8. Return Instructions
- Email us first for approval.
- We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

9. Special Notes
- Custom jewelry is non-refundable unless defective on arrival.
- Opened supplements / oils / powders cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Free shipping orders: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
